New Western Glory offers training and educational services specific to the needs of your athletic organization. Although we provide specific neural / biomechanical training, our services are generated from a unique perspective on developing the whole athlete. This perspective is called the "Handshake" system which addresses the dynamics of the physical, mental and motivational aspects. Our system is designed to uncover and develop latent athletic abilities. Our goal is to help coaches and athletes integrate the training components of the Handshake System without interfering or changing established coaching training methodologies.

Our "grass roots" organization, New Western Glory, is new to the national distance running scene and yet our system has already benefited athletes in their goal to achieve ambitious team and personal objectives; among the accolades are: USATF All-American, high school state champion, numerous NCAA Division 1 all conference, and Division III all region honors.
